# مشاركة سير عمل

هل أنشأت سير عمل يستحق المشاركة؟ يمكنك مشاركة أي سير عمل مع فريقك للحفاظ على الاتساق أو إتاحته لأي شخص خارج مؤسستك. تعني سير العمل المشتركة أن الجميع يتبعون الخطوات نفسها، ويستخدمون الإعدادات نفسها، ويحصلون على نفس جودة المخرجات في كل مرة.

إليك كيفية مشاركة سير عمل:

* داخل مؤسستك: انقر على قائمة النقاط الثلاث (···) في أي سير عمل على لوحة التحكم، ثم اختر "نسخ الرابط". يمكن لأي شخص في مؤسستك عرض سير العمل وتشغيله باستخدام هذا الرابط.
* خارجيًا: انقر على قائمة النقاط الثلاث (···) في سير العمل الذي أنشأته ومرّر فوق "مشاركة". فعّل "المشاركة الخارجية"، ثم انقر على "نسخ الرابط الخارجي" لنسخه، أو "المشاركة عبر النظام..." لتمريره مباشرةً إلى تطبيق آخر. يمكن لأي شخص لديه هذا الرابط عرض سير العمل وتشغيله، حتى خارج مؤسستك.
