Shoe into the water

A medium close shot as a farrier lifts a glowing horseshoe from the anvil with tongs and plunges it into a quench tub, a hard burst of steam erupting the instant it meets the water and the orange dying out of the metal as it goes under, so a bright hot shoe at the start is dark and submerged by the end. His free hand stays on the tub rim. A dim forge lit mainly by the workpiece, steam catching a shaft of daylight. 50mm, shallow depth of field, film grain. About 6 seconds, no loop. <a hiss and a rolling boil, quietening>. No music.

Edit prompt

The trunk leaves the stump

A wide locked off on a cut conifer as the last of the hinge gives and the trunk begins to lean, gathering speed as it swings down away from camera, striking the forest floor and bouncing once before settling, a shower of needles and sawdust lifting off the stump behind it, so a standing trunk at the start is a felled one lying flat by the end. The camera holds the stump in the same part of frame throughout. Overcast forest light, dark bark and pale cut wood. Anamorphic, 35mm grain. About 8 seconds, no loop. <fibres tearing, a long rushing fall, one heavy impact>. No music.

Edit prompt

The blade catches

A medium side-on tracking shot level with a single sculler as the blades drop into the water, lock, and drive back, the boat visibly surging forward on the stroke and running quieter between strokes, so a boat gliding at the start has been driven forward twice by the end. Her hands stay on the handles throughout. A flat river at first light, mist on the surface, pale gold. 85mm, shallow depth of field, film grain. About 5 seconds, no loop. <blades entering and locking, the hull running>. No music.

Edit prompt

The pole drops into the hole

A vertical wide as a crew guides a telegraph pole upright over a dug hole and lets it down, the butt sliding into the hole and seating with a heavy settle that shakes soil in from the sides, so a leaning pole at the start is standing vertical and seated by the end. Two crew keep their hands on guide ropes on opposite sides. A verge under flat grey light, wet clay and creosoted timber. 35mm, natural grain. About 6 seconds, no loop. <timber grinding into soil, a heavy settle, rope creaking>. No music.

Edit prompt

The recovery line snaps tight

A medium wide side-on as a recovery vehicle takes up the slack on a line to a truck sunk to its axles in mud, the line rising clear of the ground, going straight and taking the load, and only then the stuck truck breaking suction and moving forward, so a slack line at the start has pulled a buried vehicle free by the end. Both vehicles stay in frame. A churned field under heavy grey light, thick brown mud. 35mm, natural grain. About 6 seconds, no loop. <engines under load, mud releasing with a suck, the line humming>. No music.

Edit prompt

Knocked off the punty

A medium close shot as a glassmaker gives the punty iron one sharp tap and the finished vessel breaks free at the base and drops a short distance into a gloved hand waiting beneath it, so a piece attached to the rod at the start is held free in a glove by the end. The tapping hand and the catching hand belong to different people and both stay in frame. A dark hot shop, the furnace glowing off frame, orange on dark. 50mm, shallow depth of field, film grain. About 5 seconds, no loop. <one metallic tap, then a soft catch>. No music.

Edit prompt

The block splits on the line

A locked off medium on a limestone block scored with a straight line of drilled holes as a mason strikes a row of steel wedges in sequence, and on the last blow the crack runs the length of the scored line and the block falls into two clean halves, so one block at the start is two square-faced pieces by the end. He works left to right and never strikes the same wedge twice in a row. A stone yard in flat overcast light, pale dust. 50mm, natural grain. About 6 seconds, no loop. <ringing steel on steel, then a dull crack and stone settling>. No music.

Edit prompt

Spray off the landing edge

A vertical medium shot as a skater comes down out of a jump and sets a single blade onto the ice, the edge biting and throwing a fine spray of ice chips that trails behind her as she glides out of the landing, so an airborne skater at the start is gliding on one edge by the end. Her free leg extends behind her as the blade lands. An arena under hard overhead light, white ice against dark stands. 35mm, shallow depth of field. About 5 seconds, no loop. <a blade biting hard into ice, then a long glide>. No music.

Edit prompt

The horse takes the strain

A medium side-on shot as a heavy horse leans into its collar and the slack traces come tight one after the other, the loaded cart behind breaking free of standstill and beginning to roll, so a stationary horse and cart at the start are both moving by the end. The carter's hands stay on the reins and he walks at the head. A cobbled yard under flat morning light, breath visible. 50mm, natural grain. About 6 seconds, no loop. <hooves on cobbles, leather creaking, iron tyres turning>. No music.

Edit prompt

The panel goes in

A locked off wide as an excavator arm pushes a freestanding brick wall panel and it tips away from camera, falling in one piece and breaking apart as it hits the ground, a wall of dust rolling outward a beat after the impact, so a standing panel at the start is rubble under a spreading dust cloud by the end. The machine stops as soon as the panel goes. A demolition site under flat grey light, red brick and grey dust. 35mm, natural grain, slight camera shake on impact. About 6 seconds, no loop. <a low crash, then debris settling>. No music.

Edit prompt

Handbrake into a slide

A low wide as a rally car lifts, flicks the handbrake and lets the rear step out, the back end sliding wide and throwing a curtain of gravel before the nose comes round and it powers away in the new direction, so a car travelling left to right at the start is heading away from camera by the end. Front wheels are visibly opposite-locked through the slide. A gravel forest stage under overcast light, wet stone and green. Anamorphic, 35mm grain. About 6 seconds, no loop. <gravel spray, engine load, tyre scrub>.

Edit prompt

Landing off the crest

A wide low locked off as a rally car comes off a crest with all four wheels clear of the ground and lands heavily, the suspension compressing to its stops and rebounding once before the car settles and drives on, so an airborne car at the start is tracking straight on the road by the end. The wheels stay pointed straight through the landing. A gravel forest road under flat light, dust and grit thrown up on impact. Anamorphic, 35mm grain. About 5 seconds, no loop. <a heavy suspension crash, gravel, engine load>. No music.

Edit prompt

Over, and back into stride

A vertical side-on tracking shot as a horse and rider take a hedge, the horse folding its forelegs at the top and stretching out on the far side, landing on one leading foreleg and continuing into a full galloping stride without breaking rhythm, so an approach at the start is a landing and a stride away by the end. The rider stays forward out of the saddle throughout. An open field under low afternoon sun, long shadows and flying turf. 35mm, natural grain. About 5 seconds, no loop. <hooves, a grunt on landing, turf tearing>. No music.

Edit prompt

The gate takes the hit

A vertical low angle as a ski racer comes through a gate and drives it flat with her shin and forearm, the hinged pole folding down under the blow and springing back upright behind her as she carries on down the hill, so an upright gate at the start has been flattened and has recovered by the end. Her shin guard makes the contact and her pole hand follows through. A pisted race slope under flat overcast light, blue gates on white. 35mm, handheld. About 5 seconds, no loop. <an edge on hard snow, a sharp slap on the gate>. No music.

Edit prompt

The face lets go above him

A wide locked off on a climber high on a granite face as loose rock releases from above and streams past him, and he flattens himself into the wall with his helmet turned into the stone until it has passed, so a climber moving up at the start is pressed motionless against the face by the end. His hands stay on the holds throughout. Overcast alpine light, wet grey granite, dust trailing behind the fall. Anamorphic, 35mm grain. About 6 seconds, no loop. <a clatter of falling rock building and receding>. No music.

Edit prompt

The net comes over the rail

A medium wide on the side deck of a trawler as a loaded net is winched up out of the sea and swings in over the rail, seawater sheeting out of the mesh as it clears the surface and the boat heeling slightly toward the load, so an empty rail at the start carries a swinging full net by the end. Two crew keep their hands on the guide lines. Grey open sea under low cloud, wet steel and orange oilskins. 35mm, handheld with the boat's motion. About 8 seconds, no loop. <a winch under load, water sheeting onto the deck>. No music.

Edit prompt

A door goes in

A locked off wide as a firefighter drives his boot into a timber door beside the lock, the frame splitting and the door swinging hard inward and rebounding off the wall, so an intact doorway at the start is an open one with a broken jamb by the end. His left hand braces on the frame and his right holds the axe down at his side. A smoke-hazed stairwell lit by a hard torch beam from behind him. Anamorphic, 35mm grain, handheld with a jolt on contact. About 5 seconds, no loop. <a splintering crack and the door slamming against the wall>.

Edit prompt

The hose charges

A wide locked off along a flat lying fire hose as pressure travels down it from the pump end, the flattened line swelling and snapping straight along its whole length, and the two firefighters at the nozzle bracing back against it as it comes alive, so slack hose on the ground at the start is rigid and under load by the end. Both keep their hands on the branch. A wet forecourt under flat grey light, high visibility yellow against black tarmac. Anamorphic, 35mm grain. About 6 seconds, no loop. <a pump note rising, water surging, boots scuffing>. No music.

Edit prompt

The herd turns

A high wide holds still as a running herd of wildebeest changes direction, the leaders swinging right first and the change rippling back through the body of the herd animal by animal, so a herd running toward the camera at the start is crossing right to left by the end. The camera does not pan. Dry savanna under hard midday sun, dust rising behind them. Anamorphic, 35mm grain, one continuous take. About 8 seconds, no loop. <hooves, dust, low bellowing>. No music.

Edit prompt

A wave takes him down

A wide from the shoulder of the wave as a surfer loses his rail, the lip landing on his back and driving him under, the board flicking up and away on its leash behind him, so a rider standing at the start is gone under white water with the board loose by the end. A heavy reef break in low golden light, spray backlit and blown off the crest. Anamorphic, 35mm grain. About 6 seconds, no loop. <the wave breaking hard, water noise closing over>. No music.

الأسئلة الشائعة

How do I use these action scene prompts?
Pick any prompt, copy it, and paste it into Morphic. Each one opens with the shot and the move, then names the moment the body commits, so the model reads the action before the scenery. Change the setting and the beat still lands.
What separates an action scene from a fast camera move?
The subject, not the camera. A camera move can be quick and nothing happens; an action scene has a body that commits to something it cannot take back. Name what changes because of that commitment and the shot stops looking staged.
Why do my action clips look weightless?
Usually because nothing absorbs the force. Real impact goes somewhere: a landing folds through the knees, a tackle takes both bodies down, a mat compresses and pushes back. Say where the energy goes and the shot gains weight.
How long should an action clip be?
Five to six seconds covers a single beat from commitment to consequence. Eight gives room for a build, like a charge that accelerates or a fall that has to travel. Longer than that and one action starts to need a cut.
Can I use the videos commercially?
The prompts here describe original scenes and fictional subjects, so what you generate is yours to use. Avoid prompting for real logos, trademarks, or a living person's likeness, and keep your final use in line with Morphic's terms.
