Water splash sound effect

A person going in feet first, then the water closing over them. The version most scenes want, because the bubbling second half is what sells the depth.

One small object, one rounded note, and quiet again. Reach for it when the whole point is that almost nothing happened.

A flat palm onto the surface, bright and stinging with spray after it. Nothing goes under, so it reads as play or frustration rather than as an entry.

A volume of water hitting a hard flat surface and running away. The trickling runoff at the end is the part that tells you it landed on stone rather than in a pool.

Somebody walking through shallow water, one heavy lift and push per step. It runs long enough to sit under a whole shot instead of marking a single frame.

A blade entering, pulling, and lifting clear with water running off it. Controlled rather than sudden, so it reads as somebody who knows what they are doing.
