What is a texting sound effect?

Where can I get texting sounds for a video?

How do I make a custom texting sound?
Name what the phone is doing, then add the tone, for example "two soft rising bell notes, gentle and clean". Generate it and adjust a word if it feels too sharp.
What is the difference between a text alert and a message sent sound?
An alert is the chime that announces a new message arriving. A sent sound is the whoosh as your own message leaves, so they usually sit on opposite sides of a chat.
