Where can I make dust stock footage with AI?
You can generate it in your browser on Morphic. Open the Text to Video tool, name the particle, the light that separates it and the rate it falls, and the plate renders in minutes. You set the density yourself, which is what normally sends people back for a second and third library search.
Why does my dust render as fog?
Because the prompt described a volume rather than particles. Dust reads as dust only when individual specks are visible and lit from behind or from the side. Ask for separately picked out particles, name the light direction, and give a fall rate; without those three the model defaults to an even haze.
Which dust shots render most reliably?
Slow drifting motes and falling curtains are the most reliable, because loose particulate has no fixed form to get wrong. Fast impact puffs hold up when you ask for high speed capture. The hardest ask is dust interacting with a specific object, so shoot the dust as its own pass and composite it.
