Transform your static manga panels or comic artwork into dynamic motion comics with AI. Morphic makes it simple to add movement, pacing, and cinematic flow to your storytelling sequences, turning static frames into engaging animated narratives.
1.
Open Morphic
Go to Morphic.com and sign in to your account to access Morphic.
2.
Access the Canvas
From the dashboard, select a Project, then choose the File you want to work on. This will open the Canvas, which is your creative storyboard and generation hub where you can manage all your frames and animations in one place. You can name your projects and files as per your liking.
3.
Select your style model
In the prompt bar at the bottom of the Canvas, select Manga as the style model to start. If you've trained your own custom style model, you can select that instead for a unique look that matches your artistic vision.

4.
Generate your first image
Enter a prompt to generate the first image for your motion comic, then click Generate. This will be the opening frame of your story sequence.
manga panel, character in dynamic pose, dramatic action moment, detailed background, cinematic composition, high contrast

5.
Animate your first panel
Once you've chosen an image to continue with, select it and switch to Video Mode. Enter a prompt describing the animation you'd like to see, then click Generate to create your first video.
character blinks, slight head movement, hair gently moves, subtle breathing motion, cinematic camera

6.
Create variations and animate
Select the first image again, switch back to Image Mode, and enter a prompt describing the desired changes to generate a new image. This creates a visual progression in your story. Then repeat step 5 to animate this new image and generate your second video.
Continue this pattern—create a new image variation, then animate it—to build your motion comic sequence. Each iteration creates a new story moment that flows naturally from the previous one.

Stitch your videos together
Once you have multiple images and their corresponding videos, stitch these videos together to create your final motion comic output. You can use any video editing software to combine the clips in sequence, creating a seamless storytelling experience.
