What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the currency used in Morphic to generate content, like images and videos. Each time you generate something, the required number of credits is deducted from your balance. This system offers flexible usage, especially for teams and high-volume creators.

What's the difference between subscription credits and credit packs?
Subscription credits come bundled with your monthly plan and expire each billing cycle. They are used first when generating content.

How do I track my credit usage?
The dashboard shows your remaining credits, credit expiration dates, and individual usage history if you're part of a team.
Are credits shared in teams?
Yes. All credits are pooled across your organization. Usage is tracked individually per team member.
What are the available credit packs and pricing?
Morphic offers a few credit pack options to suit different needs. Each pack provides a fixed number of credits, with longer validity than monthly subscription credits.You can view current pricing and packs directly on the Plans & Credits page.
Can I activate multiple credit packs at once?
Yes. You can stack multiple packs and each one retains its own expiration date.
Who can purchase credit packs in the organization?
Only admins can purchase credit packs. These credits apply to the entire organization, not just the admin.
Will I get alerts when I am low on credits?
Yes. You will receive an alert at 80% credit usage, and another when you run out.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your unused subscription credits will expire immediately upon cancellation. Any credit pack credits will remain valid until their original expiration date. Credit packs are not refundable.
Can I add teammates on the Free plan?
No. Team collaboration features are only available on paid plans.
Can I transfer credits between organizations?
No. Credits are organization-specific and cannot be transferred.
