Body foley is the performed sound of a body making contact with itself or another: claps, pats, punches, slaps, and grabs. It is added in post because those contacts are rarely recorded cleanly on set, and in a fight or a touch they often have to be created from scratch. On screen it is what gives a physical action real weight and makes a hit or an embrace land.

How do I make a custom body foley sound effect?

How do I make a punch or a hit sound convincing?
