Where can I make fun emoji images?

How do I describe an expression so it comes out right?
Name the mouth and the eyes separately. "Wide open laughing mouth, eyes squeezed shut" gives a very different face from "small closed smile, half-lidded eyes". Adding one prop, such as a party hat, sets the mood without crowding the icon.
Can I get fun emoji stickers with a transparent background?
Ask for it in the prompt. "Die-cut emoji sticker isolated on a transparent background" returns a standalone graphic you can place over a photo, a story post, or a chat bubble with nothing boxed in behind it.
How do I make a whole pack of matching fun emoji?
Generate one face first and treat it as the reference. Reuse its style words, palette, outline weight, and lighting for every other face in the pack and change only the expression and the prop.
What makes an emoji readable in a small chat bubble?
