Does static stock video mean noise or a motionless shot?
On this page it means signal noise: snow, speckle, drop-outs and the flicker an editor lays over a cut as texture or a transition. If you came looking for a motionless camera, the term for that is a locked-off shot, and you get it by writing the camera move out of the prompt rather than searching for static.
