Use one point perspective. Put a vanishing point on the horizon, run the path edges toward it, and make the trees smaller and closer together as they approach it.
How do I draw a park bench?
Block it as a box first so the seat and back sit at the right angle, then add the slats. The most common mistake is drawing the slats before the form, which leaves the bench twisted.
How do I draw park trees without drawing every leaf?
Ask for foliage in clumped masses with a light and a shadow side, and pick out individual leaves only at the silhouette edge. The rest stays as texture.
