# Smart Select Here's a quick tutorial on how to use Smart Select on Morphic: {% embed url="" %} 1. Upload or generate an image in Canvas 2. Select the image, then open the Focus Mode menu and choose Object Selection 3. Morphic will automatically detect objects in the image 4. As you hover your cursor, individual assets will be highlighted 5. Click to select the assets you want; multiple selections are allowed 6. With your selection made, choose one of the following options: * Separate as layer – to isolate the object on its own layer * Exclude background – to keep the object and remove the rest * Erase object – to remove the selected item(s) entirely That’s how you use the Smart Select feature on Morphic.
