Punctuate a moment of full commitment
Land the shout on the frame where someone goes for it. It works the same on a lift, a jump, or a character charging in an animated scene.

Rahhh sound effect
The sustained open-throat shout editors drop on a gym set, a jump scare, or a moment of commitment. Generate it short and explosive, long and straining, or pitched down.
- Set the length and the strain, from a two-second burst to a shout that runs out of air
- A shout recorded for your cut, not the one clip a thousand other edits are already using
- Download clean audio and drop it straight into your edit
Shouts for videos, games, and animation
Short burst
A single loud vowel held steady and cut off clean. The default, and the one that fits a two-frame reaction without spilling over the cut.
Long strain
Held until the voice tightens and the air runs out. Use it when the joke is the effort rather than the volume, which is most gym and workout edits.
Deep and monstrous
Pitched far down with a gravelled edge on it. Still a human voice underneath, which is what keeps it funny rather than simply frightening.
Sharp and startled
Fast, high, and stopped almost as soon as it starts. The jump-scare version, where the cut-off does more work than the shout itself.
Crowd of shouts
Many voices on the same vowel, each starting a beat apart. The stagger is what stops it sounding like one voice copied, so keep it in the prompt.
Shout into silence
A full shout that stops dead with nothing after it. Cut on the stop and the silence lands harder than any sound you could put there.

Ways to use the rahhh sound effect
Fill a build without reaching for music
A long straining shout carries several seconds on its own, so a slow push in does not need a track rising underneath it.
Modifier le prompt
Set how big the thing on screen is
Pitched high it reads as a person startled. Pitched far down with gravel on it, the same shout reads as something much larger than the frame.
Modifier le prompt
Put a crowd beyond the frame
A staggered group shout places a room full of people outside the shot, so a reaction can play on one face while the crowd stays off camera.

Questions fréquentes
Why does my shout come back as an animal roar?
Because the prompt described a roar without pinning the species. Say "open-throated human shout" and "a single loud vowel" explicitly. Describing the mechanism as a voice is what keeps the model out of big-cat territory.
How do I make it sound like a monster instead of a person?
Pitch it far down and add a rough gravelled edge, but keep the word human in the prompt. A human voice pitched down reads as a creature; asking for a creature directly usually returns an animal recording instead.
How do I get a whole crowd shouting?
Describe the unit before the mass: many separate voices, each starting at a slightly different moment. Prompting the crowd as one thing returns a wash that sounds like noise rather than people.
Can I get a female or younger voice?
Yes. Swap the description at the front of the prompt and leave the delivery notes alone, since the length and the way it ends are what make the shout usable, not the voice behind it.
Why does my shout sound like it is in a hall?
Something in the prompt implied a space. Keep it to "dry and close" and add reverb in your editor, where you can match it to the room in your picture instead of accepting whatever the model chose.
Can I use this in a monetised video or a game?
Yes. Audio generated on a paid Morphic plan is cleared for commercial use. Because the take is generated rather than lifted from a circulating clip, there is no third-party claim attached to it.
