Can I use Apple's actual payment sound in my project?
No. The chime Apple ships is Apple's asset and its trademark, and reusing it in your own product or video is not something a download makes lawful. Generating your own confirmation cue gives you a sound that does the same job and that you can ship without anyone's permission.
What makes a payment sound feel like a confirmation?

Should success and failure cues sound related?
