What is a sparkle sound effect?
A dense field of very small, very high tones rather than one sound. Each grain is a thin metallic or glassy ring, and what an audience recognises as sparkle is how many arrive at once and which direction they travel.
How do I make a sparkle sound effect?
Describe one grain and then the field. Say how tiny and how bright a single ting is, roughly how many there are, whether they climb or fall, and how quickly each one dies away. Asking simply for sparkle usually returns a single chime.
