Sprint down a service corridor

A handheld camera runs close behind a figure sprinting flat out down a narrow service corridor, fluorescent tubes streaking past overhead.

FAQs

Where can I make action stock footage with AI?
You can generate it in your browser on Morphic. Open the Text to Video tool, describe the movement, the camera move and the light, and the shot renders in minutes. Writing the camera move yourself is the part that matters, since that is what decides whether the clip cuts against your own coverage.
Which action shots render most reliably?
One body moving in one direction is the most reliable thing you can ask for, along with camera moves and vehicles at middle distance. Two people in sustained physical contact is the hardest, because limbs swap and merge. Cover a beat with a running plate, a detail and a camera move rather than one complicated shot.
How do I stop an action clip looking like a slow jog?
Add motion to the camera and shorten the beat. A locked-off frame flattens speed, so put the camera on the move and let the subject cross frame instead of sitting in the centre. Ask for a fast shutter, foreground elements passing close to the lens, and an exit, then cut on the frame the body leaves.
Do I need releases or permits for generated action footage?
No. There is no stunt performer to sign a release, no closed road to permit and no insurance to arrange, because nothing was physically staged. Keep the people unnamed and fictional, the clothing unbranded and the vehicles unmarked, and the shot stays clean for commercial use.
How is this different from action clips from a stock library?
A library clip arrives with the performer, the lens, the frame rate and the camera move another crew already locked in, and you edit around all four. Generating means the move, the light and the duration are written to match the footage already on your timeline, in the aspect ratio the project is cut in.
