Where can I make digital stock footage with AI?

What digital shots render most reliably?
Repeating structure and light behaviour. Subpixel grids, rolling scan lines, flicker across a panel wall and colour smearing on black all hold one rule for the length of a clip. Anything that requires a legible screen, a menu or a cursor with a label is the least reliable thing you can ask for.
Why avoid showing an interface at all?

Can I use generated glitch and pixel plates commercially?

What do these plates give me that a motion graphics pack does not?
