Where can I make raining stock footage with AI?

Why does generated rain sometimes disappear in the shot?

Which rain plates render most reliably?
The secondary effects are the safest bet: water running on glass, impact rings on a puddle, leaves dipping under a downpour. Full-frame heavy rain is harder, because the model has to keep thousands of streaks consistent between frames, and inconsistency there reads as flicker.
