FAQs

Which ChatGPT plans can use it?
The plugin directory is open on every ChatGPT plan. On Business workspaces, plugins are on by default. On Enterprise and Edu, new plugins start switched off, so an admin turns Morphic on first and lets it make changes, which it needs to create media.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. A ChatGPT workspace admin can install Morphic for everyone, and each person connects their own Morphic account. In Morphic, admins can switch the plugin off for the whole organization, cap each member’s credits and choose which models it can use.
Do I need a Morphic account?
Yes. ChatGPT asks you to sign in to Morphic when you connect the plugin. No account yet? .
Does it cost extra?
No. Generations use your organization’s Morphic credits at the same rates as in Morphic. Plans and credits are managed in Morphic, on the pricing page.
Which models can I use?
Morphic’s image, video and audio models. Name one, or ask ChatGPT to suggest one. Your plan and your organization’s model settings decide which ones you can use.
The plugin won’t connect. What should I check?
Check that your ChatGPT workspace allows the Morphic plugin, that you picked the right organization when you clicked Allow, and that outside apps are switched on in your . Still stuck? Email support@morphic.com.
