How do I make an easy Shiv drawing for a school project?
Ask for a plain outline with an even stroke weight, no shading, a white background and only two or three attributes. That version is simple enough to copy by hand and prints cleanly at A4.
How many details should a simple drawing include?
Three at most: the crescent moon, the hair knot and the trident. Every extra ornament adds line work that has to be redrawn accurately, which is where a quick drawing usually goes wrong.
How do I draw the face so the expression stays calm?
Ask for closed eyes, a level brow and a relaxed mouth. A raised brow is what makes a devotional face read as stern, so it is worth naming the brow explicitly.
Can I get a version I can trace?
Yes. Ask for a bold even outline with no interior shading and download it in HD. Printed at full page, it traces cleanly through standard paper held to a window or a light pad.
What if I want to add colour later?
