How do I draw a hand-drawn arrow that looks natural?
Let the stroke change width. A brush or marker arrow swells through the curve and thins at the tail, and the head sits slightly off-centre. Ask for that variation or you get a mechanical shape.
How do I draw an archery arrow correctly?
Three parts carry it: the point, the shaft and the fletching. Ask for three feather vanes set at even angles, a nock slot cut into the tail end, and a narrow highlight along the shaft so it reads as round.
Can I get an arrow on a transparent or plain background?
