FAQs

How do I draw a person working out?
Pick one moment of the exercise, such as the bottom of a squat, and draw the line of the spine first. Build the limbs on that line, then add muscle shading where the effort is.
How do I draw correct exercise form?
Name the form in the prompt, such as back straight or knees over toes, then check the angles on the Canvas. A straight line through the body in a plank or push up makes the form read as correct.
How do I show muscles in a workout drawing?
Shade the muscle that is working darker at its edges and lighter at its peak. Keep the resting muscles softer so the working one stands out.
How do I show movement in a fitness drawing?
Use quick gesture lines, a lifted foot or a few motion lines behind a runner. Loose charcoal and ink capture motion better than tight shading.
Can I use a working out drawing for a gym poster?
Yes. Ask for flat colors on a plain background, add your text on the Canvas and download it in HD for a gym poster or class plan.
Can I animate a working out drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing to Image to Video and describe the motion, such as the person rising out of the squat.
