Where can I make clouds stock footage with AI?

Which cloud shots render most reliably?
Slow, large, continuous movement is the safest brief: fog spilling over ground, a deck filling a valley, shadow crossing a field, a reflection breaking on water. Fast turbulent cells and long timelapses that have to build and collapse in one shot are harder. Keep one cloud behaviour per clip and cut between plates rather than asking for a whole weather front in one take.
How do I stop a cloud clip looking like a still photograph?
Give it a rate and a reference. Say timelapse when you want growth or collapse and real time when you want drift, then leave something motionless in frame, a ridge line, a shoreline, a rock face, so the movement has an edge to measure itself against. A camera move helps too, a slow crane down or a drift across water, because parallax reads as depth.
Do I need licences or attribution for generated cloud footage?
No. There is nothing to clear and no contributor to credit, because nothing was filmed. Keep the frames free of aircraft markings, readable text and identifiable skylines or landmarks, and the plate stays clean for commercial use in a client cut.
How is this different from cloud clips from a stock library?
A library cloud clip is whatever the sky did on the day somebody had a camera out, in their ratio, their duration and their grade. Generating means you write the cloud type, the light, the rate of time and the camera move to match the shot either side of it, and you render it vertical or wide depending on where the cut is going.
