Open the Image tool on Morphic and describe the picture you want: the mood, the lighting, the palette, and the styling. Generate a few versions side by side, refine the prompt on the one you like, then crop it square on the Canvas and download it.
What size should a DP be?
Square is the safe choice because most platforms crop a profile picture to a circle inside a square. Generate at HD, then crop on the Canvas with the face centred and a little breathing room so nothing important sits near the edge.
How do I make a DP that still looks good when it is tiny?
Fill most of the frame with the face, keep the background simple, and use one strong colour. Busy scenery disappears at avatar size. Saying "tight head and shoulders crop, clean background" in the prompt gets you most of the way there.
