Make the big reveal burst on cue
A confetti cannon on the exact frame a winner is named gives a reveal its lift, in a promo video, a game victory screen or an animated celebration.

Ways to use a confetti sound effect
Fill the quiet after the party ends
Confetti being swept up carries a slow wide shot with no music, in a short film, an animation, a vlog or a podcast story about the night before.
Edit prompt
Set a stage finale before anyone cheers
A blower machine pushing out a stream of flakes places the audience at a big live finish, in a concert video, a game cutscene or an audio drama.
Edit prompt
Hint at a celebration just out of shot
A handful of confetti thrown beyond the doorway says the party has started, so your film, game or podcast never has to show the room.

FAQs
What is a confetti sound effect?
It is a recording of confetti being fired, thrown, blown or moved: the burst of a cannon, the flutter of a handful in the air, the roar of a blower, or the rustle of a pile underfoot. It signals a celebration instantly, even when the confetti is small in the frame.
Where can I get confetti sounds for a video?
Generate them from a prompt. Describing the confetti you want takes less time than digging through a stock library, and you get the exact release and material your scene needs. Every sound on this page was made from the prompt printed beside it, so you can start from one and adjust it.
How do I make a custom confetti sound effect?
Describe how the confetti is released, what it is made of and where it lands, then generate it. A prompt like "a handful of paper confetti thrown into the air, a soft papery rustle" gives Morphic enough to work with, and you can adjust the wording until it fits the shot.
What is the difference between a confetti cannon, a party popper and a confetti shower?
A confetti cannon fires with a burst of compressed air and a lot of paper; a party popper is a small string-pull bang with a few streamers; and a confetti shower is just the flutter of flakes falling with no launch at all. Pick the cannon for a big reveal, the popper for a small surprise and the shower for the moment after.
Can I use these confetti sounds commercially?
Yes, audio generated on paid plans can be used commercially. See our terms for full licensing details. Because each sound is generated for you, you also avoid the clip turning up in someone else's video.
Why does my confetti sound not sit right in the edit?
Usually the flutter lasts longer or shorter than the confetti on screen. If the flakes land in two seconds but the rustle runs on, it reads as pasted on, so trim the tail to the last flake or describe a shorter fall in the prompt. Matching paper or foil to what you see does the rest.
