The layers of a cinematic moment
Booms and braams
The low end that makes a trailer feel heavy. Ask for a deep sub braam with a slow decay in a big hall, and generate it as long or as short as the beat needs. Stack two takes for a wider, more menacing hit.
Risers and sub-drops
Tension is built, then released. A riser climbs into your cut, a sub-drop lands on it. Name where the build resolves so the energy peaks on the exact frame of the reveal, not a beat early or late.
Whooshes and impacts
The connective tissue of a title sequence. Sweeping whooshes carry the eye between shots, hard impacts punctuate each card. Generate a matched set so the whole sequence feels cut from the same cloth, then browse the sound library for more textures by category.
Tension beds
The quiet layer under a reveal. A low, unresolved drone that holds the room while the picture does the work. Ask for a long, slow bed and let it sit under everything else. For fitting these into a picture-locked timeline, see sound effects for video editing.
