Use cases

Look sharp as a freelancer

A tidy signature with your headshot, a small logo, and your links makes every reply feel considered. Describe your style and Morphic balances the elements into one block you can add to outgoing mail. It is the fastest way to look established without hiring a designer for a one-off.

Keep a sales team consistent

Lock one layout and colour scheme, then generate a version per rep by swapping the name, title, and photo. Every signature matches, so the whole team reads as one brand in the inbox. Because they live in one workspace, refreshing the set after a rebrand is quick.

Build a personal brand block

For creators and consultants, a signature is a small billboard. Bring your colours, a headshot, and a tagline, and get a block that carries your look into every email. Try a few layouts side by side on the Canvas and keep the one that feels most like you.

Match an agency's house style

When client work has to look polished, a designed signature block keeps the agency's palette and logo placement consistent across the team. Set the template once and spin out per-person versions in minutes. It saves designers from rebuilding the same block by hand for every new hire.

FAQs

How does the email signature generator work?
You drop in your logo and headshot, list your name, title, and contact lines, and describe the look you want, and Morphic designs the signature block as a single image. It lines up the photo, the mark, and the details into a balanced layout with your colours. You get finished artwork to drop into your email, rather than a form to fill in.
Can it include my logo and a headshot?
Yes. Add your logo and a photo as references and say how they should sit, such as a round headshot on the left with the logo beside your name. The model arranges them with the text into one clean block. Swap the photo or reorder the elements and generate again to compare layouts.
Will my name and contact details be spelled right?
Keep each line short and check the render at full size before you use it. Generated images set text as part of the artwork, so a name, a title, and a couple of contact lines stay clean, while long paragraphs can garble. If a character looks off, rerun or switch models until the block is crisp.
Is this an HTML signature I can install in my mail client?
No. Morphic produces a designed image of the signature block, not clickable HTML with live links that you paste into settings. You add the image to your email the way you would any picture. That trade gives you full art direction over the layout and finish, with clean image exports.
Can I make matching signatures for a whole team?
Yes. Lock the layout, palette, and logo placement you like, then generate a version for each person by swapping the name, title, photo, and contact lines. Everyone ends up on the same design, so the team reads as one brand. Keeping them all in one workspace makes it easy to update the set later.
Does it run in the browser, and do reruns cost extra?
It runs on Morphic in the browser with nothing to install. Upload your logo and headshot, list your details, and export the finished block from the same canvas. Trying another layout, colour, or arrangement is just another generation, so you can refine the design before you commit.
