How does editing a screenshot in place work?
You upload the screenshot and describe the change, and Morphic edits the pixels of the interface directly instead of laying a box or a sticker over the top. This is inpainting, so a relabelled button, a redacted email, or a tidied panel is rebuilt into the image and matches the surrounding font, colour, and spacing. The original stays a flat image, there is no live app being rebuilt.
Can it change the text inside a screenshot?
Yes. Point at a label, a menu item, or a line of body text and give the replacement wording. Morphic sets the new text in the same typeface, size, and colour as the original so it looks like it was always part of the screen. Short strings like buttons and headings come out cleanest.
Can I redact sensitive details?
Yes. Ask to remove or replace a name, an email, a card number, or an avatar and the area is rebuilt to look like a normal part of the UI rather than a black bar. If you prefer an obvious redaction, you can ask for a blur or a solid block instead. Either way the rest of the screenshot is untouched.
Will the interface still look real after editing?
